Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit, or credit card. A receipt will be provided, which may be used to receive reimbursement from your benefits provider.

Each insurance company and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has different procedures and levels of coverage.
Contact your EAP coordinator or insurance company concerning the details of your coverage. Ask:
- How much coverage do they provide each year?
- Is there coverage for your spouse and children?
- Do they have a limit on the amount they reimburse per session?

Any fees paid that are not reimbursed by insurance are eligible as a medical expenses on your income tax.
