Payment Methods
Payment can be made via credit card, debit, e-Transfer, cheque or cash.
Employee Assistance Program or Insurance Coverage
Each insurance company and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has different procedures and levels of coverage.
Contact your EAP coordinator or insurance company concerning the details of your coverage. Ask:
- How much coverage do they provide each year?
- Is there coverage for your spouse and children?
- Do they have a limit on the amount they reimburse per session?
Income Tax Deduction
Any fees paid that are not reimbursed by insurance are eligible as a medical expenses on your income tax.

FEES
Dr. Jackson’s fee is $200 for a 50-minute session.
